One of the most exciting plays in baseball - if not the most exciting. Well, today Jill and I witnessed the first one ever at Safeco Field as Adrian Beltre hit a shot off the center field wall, which somehow deflected off Manny Ramirez backing up Coco Crisp in center, and sat there for a split second. This was long enough for Beltre to beat the throw from 3rd.
